
Our new Online Banking system is live. Please review the details below regarding your initial login, as well as details regarding open items. If you experience issues during business hours please call 248-624-5222, or after hours please call 800-243-6092.
Initial Login Instructions
- Anyone that did not login to their account at least one time within the six month period prior to the upgrade will need to set up a new Online Banking account.
- When you go to login initially, you will see that you are asked for a Logon ID and a Security Code. The Logon ID is your username, and the Security Code is your password. Click here for a visual aid.
- You will be required to have a Logon ID / Username that is a minimum of six characters. If your Logon ID is less than six characters, you will need to add enough zero's to the front of the Logon ID to make it six characters. (example: 00Bill) If your Logon ID was six characters or more from the old system, you will use the exact same Logon ID as you did with the old system.
- Your Security Code / Password for the initial login will be the term "security" plus the last four digits of your SSN. (examples: security1111 / security2222 / security1234). Once you successfully login, the system will prompt you to change the password to something new.
Open Items Being Addressed
- We still are working to connect eStatements to the new online banking system. We will notify members when that feature is available. Statements will be mailed until the issue is resolved.
- We are still working to connect the EZ Card site for credit cards to our system. You can still access the EZ Card site directly by clicking here.
- We are aware of an issue regarding scheduled transfers not processing as scheduled. We are working with the vendor to correct the issue, and will notify you when it has been resolved.
